The idea of the shish burger industry was designed and implemented in 2010 by engineer Jalal Hame Veisi. This idea was followed with the purpose of cooking burgers.
At first, he was the owner of a charcoal burger shop, but since the internal tissues of the burgers were not fully cooked, he considered it inevitable to design a tool that could compensate for this action.
After months of effort from the design phase to the implementation and construction of all equipment, devices and molds, finally, on 12/10/2013, this industry was named “skewers and devices for grilling and cooking burger brains” from the scientific research center. and Industrial of the country was awarded and on 10/14/2013, it succeeded in receiving a patent certificate with number 84691 from the General Directorate of Industrial Property.
Shish burgers require their own equipment and machines, so their design and manufacture is done by the group itself.
1) Special skewers: These skewers, which have a fork-like shape, are the most basic tools necessary for cooking burgers, and by loading meat on them, the cooking process is done by them. The process of making skewers is a precise and delicate work and it is made during a long process and with great precision that a percentage of the work can be done by hand.
2) Special mold: The mold complements the operation of loading meat on skewers, which molds the meat in a round shape on the skewer and gives the meat the shape of a burger.
3) Machine: The machine performs the operation of injecting meat into the molds. Our machines are produced in two ways, manual and mechanical, which are used more than the mechanical type due to increasing the efficiency of burger production.
4) Charcoal oven for grilling burgers: the design and construction of this type of oven should be proportional to the length and width of the skewers. Since the volume of meat on skewers is greater than that of kebabs, it requires a special design with special conditions to prevent the accumulation of melted fats on the coals.
5) Standing refrigerator: The standing refrigerator should be designed and built according to the diameter and arrangement of the skewers in it, so that the temperature circulation between the skewers is easy and the loss of cold temperature is avoided.
